About the role:
The person in this role will be overseeing two separate and very crucial supporting units within our Sales department. One of the existing branches is our SDR program that consists of several overseas members. The other will be our Junior Account Executive program that you will be responsible for launching, maintaining, and expanding.
This position will work closely with our current sales management and company executive team. You will be responsible for assuming the managerial responsibilities over our small team of overseas sales support, identify potential improvements with the current process, as well as foster our growing relationships. You will also be collaborating with our sales management team to further develop the existing blueprint for our new Junior Account Executive program, actively participate in its early execution phase, and lead the team from the ground up.
This is not your typical call center environment and definitely not your ordinary short deal cycle. Our deal process can last anywhere from days to months and includes a variety of communication channels and client types. The person who fulfills this role will be required to overlap US and Asia time zones to some degree in order to maintain oversight on the teams. This person will be fortunate enough to have the ability to really “own” this position from the very beginning and be part of the origination team. We will also call on this person to take a deep dive into situations to analyze where we can make improvements both on the process and technology sides. While your role will be to drive the top of the sales to funnel we will be looking for this candidate to understand our entire sales process in order to make revisions within these programs.
