About the role:
The person in this role will be overseeing two separate and very crucial supporting units within our Sales department. One of the existing branches is our Partner Development program that consists of several overseas members. The other will be our Partner Development team in Tempe, AZ that you will be coaching, maintaining, and growing.
This position will work closely with all departments. You will be responsible for developing, coaching, and leading our partner development program, identify improvements with the current process, making it successful. You will be working closely to further develop the Partner Development training program, actively participating in its early execution phase, and leading the team from the ground up.
Our deal cycles can last anywhere from days to months and include a variety of communication channels, client types, and international partners. We are a global team with operations in the US and Asia. We are truly a startup and by joining us at this important time in our growth you will get to shape the culture of sales and help us build a world-class Partner Development team. We have made significant investments into our company's infrastructure and tools, to which you will help continue to be the "voice of the customer, partnering with product and engineering to build a sales platform that wows. While you will be to driving the top of the sales to funnel (mainly the supply-side) you will also get to know the semi-conductor industry and our entire sales process to help make improvements within these programs.
