Position Summary

We are building a stellar team of Recruiters to meet hiring goals and build teams by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates that will propel Moov Technology forward. The Recruiter will partner directly with the Head of Recruiting to bring in the right talent at the right time. This position will also collaborate with key leaders to accelerate Moov’s hyper growth status.

Moov Technologies is a data-driven, B2B managed marketplace for trading manufacturing equipment. Our mission is to create the world’s largest, fastest, and most reliable ecosystem for buying and selling equipment. We operate in the multi-billion dollar semiconductor space, with demand growing exponentially due to the global chip shortage. In late 2021, we raised a large Series A Round of $41M led by Tiger Global.

Core Functions

  • Recruit top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Work with hiring managers to become expert in each role what is needed
  • Update ATS and all internal partners with candidate status
  • Post and monitor job postings
  • Screen candidates and coordinate the interview process with department managers to find the right fit
  • Develop strategy and deliver programs, campaigns, and process for recruiting top talent including sourcing, searching, and job fairs

You Should Apply If

  • You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting
  • You have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” startup mentality
  • You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  • You have a proven ability to drive business results without significant supervision.
  • You have the willingness to learn, low ego, and proactively take ownership of responsibilities
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must Have

  • Experience working within an ATS
  • Experience working with 3rd party job posting platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Zip recruiter etc.
  • Experience in Boolean Search
  • Track record of positive candidate experience
  • Proven screening experience
  • The ability to think outside the box and leverage underutilized resources

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Lever and/or Greenhouse
