About the Role:

Moov Technologies is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to assist our Sales Department. This person will be primarily responsible for ensuring accurate data is properly uploaded to our company trading platform as well as enriching the company’s clientele information. This position requires a close working relationship with our Account Executives and most importantly proficient use of our website and supporting databases/applications. You will need to be extremely organized, have a strong communication style as well as the ability to multitask. The right candidate will be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to help in other areas of our Sales Department to support our Account Executives.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Enter product information to our website provided by our Account Executives
  • Screen, edit, and upload product photos to the corresponding seller’s listings
  • Update for sale/wanted lists as they are attained by our Account Executives
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to clarify the current status of products
  • Validate contact information
  • Filter data in search of potential clientele/products and upload information to our database

Additional Duties:

  • Enrich existing contact data and validate employment status amongst the various fabrication facilities we connect with
  • Monitor incoming communication from marketing campaigns
  • Manage incoming email reply information

Compensation:

Based on experience - $24,000-$32,000 / year.

Salary also includes Annual Discretionary Performance Bonus potential.
