We are looking for the best and brightest local SDRs. Last year we grow our sales by 400% and this year we are looking to grow even more! At Moov, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a team of qualified sales development representatives (SDRs) to find and screen potential customers. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Objectives for this role are to;

  • Represent Moov's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for the next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

We will teach you how to:

  • How to navigate the intricacies of the semiconductor manufacturing industry
  • Use information and profiles to extract contact information, and generate strong sales leads
  • Effectively partner with internal teams and build strong collaboration skills
  • Use the best in sales tools including our custom-built Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Effectively cold call and email into prospects to develop relationships
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing your prospects

About you:

  • You have demonstrated experience in closing or lead generating sales roles
  • You value communication and feedback
  • You have a track record of being the top performer on your sales teams
  • You are adaptable and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills (bi-lingual is a bonus)
  • You have the desire to develop yourself personally and professionally
  • You have developed excellent time management skills
