About the role:

We are looking for the best and brightest local Associate Account Executives to strengthen our sales team. Last year we grow our sales by 400% and this year we are looking to grow even more! Our customer satisfaction is industry-leading and we are scaling our three-year-old start-up to capture the market. We are taking off, and we want you to join us! 🚀

We will teach you how to:

  • Use information and profiles to extract contact information, and generate strong sales leads
  • Effectively partner with internal teams and build strong collaboration skills
  • Use the best in sales tools including our custom-built Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Effectively cold call and email into prospects to develop relationships
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing your prospects

About you:

  • You have demonstrated experience in a closing or lead generating sales role
  • You are comfortable with computer usage for multiple hours at a time in an office setting
  • You value honest communication and feedback
  • You have a track record of being the top performer on your sales teams
  • You thrive on goal completion
  • You are adaptable and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
  • You are detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills (bi-lingual is a bonus)
  • You have the desire to develop yourself personally and professionally
  • You have strong time management skills
